- Contest Location- TBD on the Rock County Fairgrounds July 28, 2024 10:00am
- Entry Drop-off: 9:15-9:45am on July 28, 2024
- Contest: Judging- 10am
- No pre-registration required.
Guidelines
- Serving Size: Standard springform pan 7 or 9 inch
- Recipe must be typed on 81/2x11 paper and font size must be 12 or 14 point. Please include on the recipe sheet your Name, Address, and Phone number, this is required with entry
- The top Cheesecake will advance to the County Fair Cream of the Crop Cheesecake Challenge at the 2024 Wisconsin State Fair on August 10th, 2024. Two complimentary tickets and one parking pass valid for Saturday, August 10, 2024 will be given to the winner.
Judging Criteria
- Taste 40%
- Ease of Preparation 35%
- Creativity 25%
Prizes: 1st prize $50, 2nd prize $25, and 3rd prize $10
