This seasonal job is May/June - August. Applicants need to be 16 years old or older. Work week is Monday - Friday, some weekends. Hours increase week prior to and week of the fair.
The job will include answering phones, data entry, Fair Entry Reports, customer service, greeting visitors, selling tickets.
Grounds Crew
This seasonal job is May/June - August. Applicants need to be 16 years old or older. Work week is Monday - Friday, some weekends. Hours increase week prior to and week of the fair. This job will include painting, mowing, building set-up, general maintenance. Applicants must be self-motivated and able to lift minimum 50lbs. Ability to operate tractor or skid steer a plus.
Internships
Job Duties
• Work with the Fair Manager and Fair Board in all aspects of public relations and marketing
• Work with Fair Manger to solicit sponsors and coordinate events in Agriculture Adventure Land.
• Keep social media sites up to date and accurate
• Assist the fair office with day to day operations such as selling tickets, answering phone call and customer service.
• Manage exhibitors online entries and data system reports
• Create and compile information for fair brochures, show programs, and sale programs
