Schedule & Policy
The exhibitor wristband for the 2023 fair will cost $10. If your club/chapter paid for your wristband or you are purchasing it yourself your wristband will need to be put on your wrist during the following times. If you are not sure if your club/chapter paid for your band, please check with your chairperson/advisor.
PAYMENT FOR WRISTBANDS IS CASH ONLY!
Fair personnel will be putting wristbands on exhibitors during the following times:
Saturday, July 22 - 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Sunday, July 23 - 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Monday, July 24 - 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
WRISTBANDS WILL BE ON SALE AT THE FAIRGROUNDS AND MUST BE PURCHASED NO LATER THAN 6 PM ON MONDAY, JULY 24. After that date you will have to purchase a regular priced ticket at the gate to enter the fair and then go to the fair office to get your wristband.
We understand that, in rare cases, some will be unable to wear the band.In those cases your option is: Bring in a current year’s school picture (no larger than 2” X 3”) that has been laminated into a luggage tag (with heavy laminate) at an office supply store. Pictures that have been taped or self laminated will not be accepted.
